Eye

A robe draped in pearly pink and radiantly youthful.

Nose

Airy character and pure intensity, underlined by notes of white peach, greengage and aniseed.

Mouth

A captivating taste trajectory with a crisp, zesty feel that excels in digestibility and freshness. The lightly spicy finish with a hint of anise gives it a long-lasting aroma.

Service and conservation

Serve at 8°C. A rosé to enjoy now, which can be kept for up to 3 years.

Food and wine pairing

It will enhance the flavors of Thai cuisine, salmon sashimi and a condiment of pomegranate, grapefruit and pink shiso. Ideal with shellfish.
