Wine to taste and enjoy today. You can store your bottles lying flat for 3 to 4 years, protected from light, in a dry environment with constant temperature and pressure.

Cuvée Château Rouge is a delicate, silky wine with an assertive character. It's a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats and cooked dishes.

Winemaking


Grape varieties : Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet.
Method : Cold skin maceration before fermentation in vats. Traditional temperature-controlled vinification. Aged in vats on lees. Fining and filtration before bottling.

Floor : Siliceous clay, structured with pebbles and broken quartz.
